Contact – Software Licensing

Software licenses can be complex, but having an attorney who knows software can help simplify the process and take some of the burden off of you. Whether you are a licensee or a licensor, having an attorney ensures the language of the contract fits the deal that you have in mind.

I have an undergraduate degree with a double major in computer science and biology. For four years before becoming a lawyer, I wrote software for biotechnology companies. To this day I still write software occasionally as a hobby. There are a lot of lawyers out there that will review a software agreement for you, but there are not very many that understand the law, and contract drafting, and the details of how software is created. If it sounds like I might be a good fit for what you need, please drop me a line below.

I look forward to hearing from you. You can also call me at 510.473.5970. Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information.

Thanks,

Joe
